The compound is located only 300 meters to Bali Hai Pier and Pattaya most popular walking street. There are nice coffee shops and mini marts at the compound. However, there are many restaurants, bars, 7-11, massage shops, and other shops, just walking distance from the main entrance. It is very convenient and easy to get Songtaew public transportation at the main entrance.

- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
