Summary: Nobody can speak in English. But the worst thing is they ruined one of our passports. At the check in, someone broke the page with personal data of one of our passports. the man in charge wrote us a message with a translator asking to go to our room that they will bring us the docs later. They gave all passport to one of us, and told nothing about the issue. we have seen only later that the page had been fixed using adhesive tape. better to stay in another hotel, maybe an international one.
