Summary: Myself and a friend stayed here for 7 days. This was our first ever trip to thailand and to pattaya. Guesthouse on walking st was a really good first experience. The price per room is extremely cheap and for how little the price is the rooms are pretty clean and well maintain and decent space. The staff are friendly and it is staffed 24/7 so thats extremely helpful if you're checking in super late. We are currently staying at guesthouse in bangkok on sukumvit 20 now and omg..... its like night and day.... the rooms here are extremely disgusting and they all smell of mold....... stay away from guesthouse on sukumvit 20 in bangkok..... all of the advertisement photos are fake and not real picfures of the actual rooms. My room is leaking water from the toilet plumbing.......
