Summary: The tv was extremely hard to use with no written instructions to follow. I tried to call the office from the room but the phone never worked, this is a HUGE safety hazard. The pitcher that the milk was in was dirty and it had dried old milk on it. I had to asked to have it cleaned. Coming from an other hotel the night before I felt the difference right away. Going cheap is not the best approach to bring in guests.
