Westlake neighborhood is named after its location on the western shore of Lake Union. It is a relatively narrow neighborhood, there being only a few blocks between the shoreline and its western limit at Aurora Avenue N beyond which is Queen Anne. Queen Anne is one of the most well-known and noteworthy neighborhoods in Seattle. The neighborhood is the site of the iconic Space Needle and some of the most magnificent views in Seattle. Tourists and locals alike visit Queen Anne because of its rich architectural history, local eateries, and compelling attractions.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

NOISE: This unit is part of an HOA so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. There are NO PARTIES allowed in the unit or on the roof, noise must be kept to a minimum and QUIET HOURS must be respected. Guests must be respectful of common areas and adhering to property security guidelines for the safety of all residents and property.
PLANTS: Our indoor and outdoor plants are serviced every other Tuesday between 11am-1pm so guests do not have to water them, just enjoy!

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
