Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1–2 days’ notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking:
We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please:
We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use:
We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count:
To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies.
Recycling:
Guests are required to follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines resulting from incorrect or irresponsible sorting will be charged to the guest, up to $300, to cover penalties incurred. To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. A $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal.

Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept its terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care:
