Summary: Staff was helpful and responsive. Entry was easy, smooth and safe. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We had some issues with the room that would be easy to improve: no full length mirror, not enough hooks, not enough luggage racks or obvious places to open a suitcase, no storage to unpack for a longer stay. Perhaps the owners could stay for a week and they would notice the small things that would make a huge difference!
