Simsalabim is located in North Santa Teresa, on our private property at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 200 meters up the hill. It is very private, quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of the village and the main road. Still, the beach, nearby restaurants, and the supermarket Super la Hacienda can be reached on foot within 5–10 minutes.
Immerse yourself in the calming world of Simsalabim. Surrounded by the fauna and flora of the rainforest, you will experience pure relaxation and a true sense of slowing down.
The small, simple kitchen with two gas burners provides everything you need to prepare light meals.
The daily breeze coming from the ocean through our valley keeps the house pleasantly cool, even in summer. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, and there is air conditioning for the entire house. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The shower and toilet are covered but otherwise open-air, designed to keep you as close to nature as possible. Showering while watching the wildlife of the rainforest will be an unforgettable experience.
The house is cleaned daily by our team (except Sundays and public holidays). Cleaning the kitchen and dishes is the responsibility of the guests. In the kitchen you will find coffee and sugar for your first coffees. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.
Shower and hair shampoo as well as bath towels are provided. Towels are changed every 2–3 days.
The house features a 100 Mbps fiber-optic internet connection and is therefore also suitable for working on a computer.
On our property there is a beautiful shala where you can practice yoga, meditation, or fitness.
Our property manager lives at the entrance of the property together with our dog. He will welcome you and handle the check-in. He is available for any questions on site or via WhatsApp. He will be happy to organize yoga classes or massages in our yoga shala, as well as surf lessons, ATV rentals, and much more.
