The space
The property is uniquely private for a one bedroom rental in Ojochal! It is it's own separate property with the only other home in sight up a hill tucked behind mature tropical trees and gardens. The pool and deck get plenty of full sun most of the day. Newly upholstered outdoor furniture provides style and function with a lively color pallet. A river down a hill below provides a soothing backdrop.
The living room is screened-in, breezy and cool as an escape from the heat, with a ceiling fan overhead and plenty of fresh air passing through. An open concept area has kitchen and dining all sharing the same calming and cool space.
The interior and exterior have been painted professionally, top to bottom, brightening up the space on the inside and providing a vibrant, tropical vibe on the outside.
A brand new laundry room provides drying racks and shelves to get organized and keep clean.
Ceiling fans throughout the home and plenty of breeze keep the space cool, with no need for air conditioning ... the fresh tropical air and breeze are preferred by those who live her for sleeping and enjoying a true Costa Rican experience.
The bedroom has a beautiful mural, and a cool and soothing blue color to relax and restore you from a busy day. Tucked around a quiet corner is a built in desk if you happen to need it.

The entire space is renovated with all fresh paint inside and outside, a brand new laundry room, all new kitchen ware, newly upholstered outdoor furniture. At the time of writing this our new pictures are not yet posted but will be the week of November 28th, 2022
