Summary: I stayed in Sandpiper 4 - No AC and ceiling fan had rumbling noise - motor had to be replaced. So cou;ld not s;eep weel first night due to the heat. No price accomodation offered. A real ripoff. On the positive side the property has the most beautiful view of the lake and I would stay there again if offered an air conditioned unit.
