Family owned since 1963 this cozy escape sleeps 6 in the main cabin. If your party exceeds 6 guests, the neighboring cottage (built in 1946 and beautifully kept) for 2 more is now available as an additional bedroom for $125/night. It has a double bed, bathroom/shower/sink and a mini-fridge.
The main cabin is a large, open concept house has a massive deck overlooking the lake and a mid-deck on the way down for early morning coffee or to watch the kids swim from. A ramp connects the mid-deck to the dock for your swimming, and boating pleasure.
The house has a master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a second bedroom which is the original property's cabin retro-fitted to be a cozy and rustic bedroom - identical in layout to the neighboring cottage. It has a queen sized bed and it's own bathroom/shower. The main large room has a wood stove for those chilly spring/fall nights and a beautiful acoustic piano for music nights. Also in the large room is a Lazyboy sofa that makes into an extremely comfortable Queen sized air bed - inflatable in 45 sec! Put a log in the fire, make up the bed and watch a movie on the big screen TV - a generous offering of DVD's is there for your use. There is a barbeque and patio set on the deck and a utility room which has a washer and dryer. The water is from a private well and is delicious!
Kitchen is fully equipped and all towels, linens toiletries are included.
There are also 2 single kayaks for those folks wishing to explore the lake. There multiple life jackets of varying sizes.
