We live in the famous St. Lawrence Market area of downtown Toronto, with a 100% walking rate. Beautiful St. James Park is a stone's throw away and the Eaton's Centre and Queen subway stop is 5 minutes away on foot. It is a great walking neighbourhood; our favorite destination is The Distilleries which is a 20 minutes walk.

Our condo is on the top floor of a boutique building with only 12 floors. It has an elevator that opens up right into the unit and 11ft ceilings with so much natural light that we barely have to turn the lights on. There is a winding staircase to a private rooftop garden oasis where we spend most of our time in the spring, summer and fall. The principle bedroom has a 4 piece bathroom and the spare bedroom/den/office has a pullout couch and a 3 piece bathroom. There is a separate powder room just off the kitchen.
