Summary: Check-in process was difficult as it seems that check-in instructions are only provided the minute that check-in starts. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to call in to get the instructions. The door code for our until was about 9 digits long so not fun when you are carrying your own bags up two flights of stairs. As well, it wasn't clear that the door had to be locked manually after exiting. Having said that, the space itself was nice. One light in the bathroom was flickering.
