Located on a property of over 51,000 sq. ft. with 385 ft. of lakefront, no neighbors are visible. In summer, at the dock, you’ll find paddleboards and kayaks (life jackets provided). Perfect for swimming and nature watching! A BBQ and outdoor firepit area will also enhance your evenings.
Within a 2 km radius, you’ll find a small grocery store with SAQ counter, a bakery, a gas station, a restaurant, and an ice‑cream shop. The Sentiers Nature de Chute‑Saint‑Philippe offer several trails for hiking, obstacle courses, mountain fat biking, cross‑country skiing, and snowshoeing (equipment rentals available at low cost).
