Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had a pleasant stay overall, made especially memorable by the excellent service from Manager Gavin. He was very attentive and proactive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay.

Negative: The only areas for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, which was quite weak, and the furnishings, which felt a little dated. That said, the warm service truly stood out and is much appreciated.
