Our home is compact and complete with a huge backyard, space for bike storage, new kitchen, off street parking and great neighbours! We love it and hope you will too. Easy walking to a grocery store, a rec centre, a golf course, a chip trail and bus routes. It is a quiet neighbourhood with easy, even walkable, access to downtown and with occasional visits from deer and squirrels! Good wifi and office space for you to use at the front of the house. One bathroom is upstairs and the second one is downstairs and comfortable. Only a few steps to enter the house, a few steps down to the basement and a pretty deck when weather permits. A Vietnamese restaurant and an excellent bakery within walking distance. A perfect place for quiet guests during Victoria’s generally mild winters. Hoping for a long term rental.
