This 100 year old house has a nice sized kitchen with new appliances, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom with washer /dryer, a cozy living room, dining room, study and 2 connecting bedrooms, on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms that come as part of the rental package. An additional 5 bedrooms are available upstairs .There is plenty of parking space. The house is about 5 miles from the towns of Rock Hill & Thompson and 6 miles from Monticello, respectively, where you can find groceries, gas and
restaurants.
