Cozy 1 regular bedroom and 1 small bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on Cook St, close to Science World, Granville Island, Skytrain station , public transport, so you can easily access anywhere in Vancouver. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers surrounded. No smoking, No drug, and No parties!
{ CLEANLINESS }
Due to Covid-19, we have raised the standard of cleaning and disinfection in our apartments. All furniture surfaces are sanitized, dishes and supplies are dishwasher cleaned at high temperature, and bedspreads are steam cleaned at high temperature to ensure virus free. The room will be thoroughly ventilated. We do not offer condiments to avoid cross-infections due to multiple users.
{ ABOUT THE SPACE }
The rooms are equipped with electric heating in winter;
The apartment has 24 hours hot water supply, you can take a shower at any time, please note that the hot water is not drinkable, if you want to drink hot water, please boil it by kettle we offered;
The interior space is approximately 511 sq.ft;
A tiny balcony in bedroom;
A queen sized bed in bedroom and a single bed in the den can accommodate up to 3 person;
The soundproofing of the room is very good, you can't hear too much noise at night with the windows and doors closed;
The building's gate is equipped with the intercom system for allowing food delivery & packages delivery come into the building.

* Since we need enough time to clean the room, we set the earliest check-in time at 4PM and latest check-out time at 11AM. If you have early check-in or mid-night check-in request, please contact us;
* Due to normal wear and tear and replacement, the furniture shown in the pictures may be subject to minor changes;
* Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an EMAIL asking you to upload some information about your stay and a check-in tutorial will be EMAIL to you;
*This unit don't come with a parking space, you can park on street pay parking, $1 per hour.
*You are allowed to park in P1 but you will need a stamp from the concierge.
