{ ABOUT THE ROOM } Cozy 1 regular bedroom and 1 small bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on Cook St, close to Science World, Granville Island, Skytrain station , public transport, so you can easily access anywhere in Vancouver. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers surrounded. No smoking, No drug, and No parties! { ABOUT THE SPACE } The rooms are equipped with electric heating in winter; The apartment has 24 hours hot water supply, you can take a shower at any time, please note that the hot water is not drinkable, if you want to drink hot water, please boil it by kettle we offered; The interior space is approximately 511 sq.ft; A tiny balcony in bedroom; A queen sized bed in bedroom and a single bed in the den can accommodate up to 3 person; The soundproofing of the room is very good, you can't hear too much noise at night with the windows and doors closed; The building's gate is equipped with the intercom system for allowing food delivery & packages delivery come into the building. { AMENITIES } * Bed Linens, Towels * Air condition&heating * Wheelchair access possible * Free Wireless Internet (WIFI) * One free parking space * Hair Dryer * Body-wash, Shampoo & Conditioner * Toilet paper * Paper towels * Smart TV: Online channels, Netflix, Youtube, Prime video, etc. * Dishwasher * Cookwares & Kitchen Utensils * Oven * Kettle * Microwave * Toaster * Nespresso Coffee maker: free coffee pods * Washer & Dryer { Q&A } * NO Parties, Events allowed; * Quiet hours 10PM-8AM; * Parking space is at underground in the building; * We WELCOME guests who come here for quarantine; * We ACCPET Pets (Dogs/Cats), for guests with pets there is an additional charge of 15CAD/night; * Since we need enough time to clean the room, we set the earliest check-in time at 4PM and latest check-out time at 11AM.
