Positive: The fourth-floor room is really nice — modern, and it even has a TV for watching movies! The staff is incredibly hospitable; they picked us up right from the airport. The hotel is only about a 5-minute taxi ride from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. They also helped us book all our tickets in advance and provided airport pickup service, which was super helpful. Of course, the best part of it all was definitely the staff's assistance (through our WeChat check-in, etc.) — thank you for making our trip so perfect!
