Positive: What a great stay! Xi You Hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff we’ve ever experienced. As it was our first time in China, I had many questions before arriving, and every single one was answered within minutes. The team was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to the city wall, which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was massive, exactly as shown in the pictures, with two large beds that comfortably fit our family of four. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and more. The room had both a bath and a shower, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless. There was also a large sitting area, which made the room feel very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel went above and beyond by organising airport pickup and staying in constant contact with us during the meetup at the airport. When we arrived, they even asked the driver to extend the trip so we could look around the city, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt incredibly safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
