Explore the beauty of the Rockies with our gorgeous 3-bedroom house located in the stunning golf community of Redwood Meadows. We are just 20 mins to Calgary, 45 mins to Canmore/Banff and minutes from the Bragg Creek hamlet, West Bragg Provincial Park and Kananaskis that offer world-class biking, hiking, climbing, kayaking, skiing, horseback-riding, quaint restaurants and shops. The house is just a one-minute walk to the Elbow River. Enjoy swimming, fishing/biking/golfing out your backdoor.
The house features 3 bedrooms, every bedroom comes with its ensuite full bathroom, a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms, a workout room with a Peloton bike (!), weights, yoga mats and an infrared sauna, an office desk, a game room for kids with a pull-out sofa.
A beautiful backyard faces the park and is just a 1-minute walk to Elbow River. The yard features a tree house, a trampoline, a wood firepit, and a large spacious deck with outdoor BBQ, dining and lounge spaces. We provide lawn games and 2 adult and 2 kids' bikes.
The house is beautifully designed and furnished and recently renovated. The house is big enough for a family of 8 to feel comfortable. Our insurance doesn't allow us to host parties, weddings and pets.
Upon booking our property you agree to the following house rules:
1. No parties and no loud music outside at any time. The Rocky View County noise curfew is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.
2. No unreported visitors. Please, indicate the exact number of guests in your booking request.
3. No smoking indoors and no use of illegal substances.
4. No pets.
5. Check with us if there is no fire ban in the area. Igniting fire during the fire ban is subject to a 1,000$ fee by Rocky View County.
6. Don't leave food or garbage outside to avoid attracting wildlife.
7. Use the trampoline and tree house at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Proper footwear is required. You assume on behalf of yourself and/or child, all risk of personal injury, death, or disability to yourself and/or child that may result from using the facilities and premises and you release the owners from liability resulting from the use of the facilities.
