Home features an open concept kitchen, living and dining table for 6. plus 3 counter stools. White kitchen with additional pantry/ coffee bar and laundry area. On the main level is a large private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower + bath tub and walk in closet. Their is also a sunroom off the living room and nice private deck off the kitchen/living area . AC heat pump on the main level. Upstairs is 2 large bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds (queen beds lower and upper twin beds) and 1 full bathroom with tub. Well stocked home with basic amenities.
Large backyard with direct water access (Covehead Bay), lots of space for play, quiet cul-de-sac, and great neighbors! Bocce, boardgames, etc on site.
