- Fresh drinking water is on-site, through a reverse osmosis system.
- Starlink Internet. Highspeed great for working remote, Netflix, etc. Bring a firestick for the TV if you want.
- There is a boat launch at the community center (within walking distance), it is free to use.
- Closest store is HopeTown Country Store, which has a Gas Station, and mini LCBO and Beer Store. Its about a 15 min drive.
