The location is on the outskirts of the Chiang Mai urban area. It is an unusually green and quiet location for a property so close to the city. It takes 15-25 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to the city centre. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or shopping centres. 10 minutes or cycling distance to the new city hall and the exhibition centre.
As the villa is close to the ring road, it is sometimes quicker to reach various sights in and around the city than from the city centre.
The villa has a stunning private infinity saltwater pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system.
All rooms and outdoor living areas allow for fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the Mae Ping River and the Doi Suthep mountain range.
