Stunning Kicking Horse Mountain home 1 hr 30 min from Banff and just steps away from the gondola. The house comfortably sleeps couples, families or 11 singles with rooms on all three levels. There are three full bathrooms and three bedrooms with split king beds & twin niches to accommodate families or single travelers. In addition, the top floor of the home is a private loft area with a skylight, birds eye view window & 3 twin beds. The open living area and kitchen is great for groups and boasts a gorgeous wood burning fire place, natural stone floors and amazing mountain views. The private hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or mountain biking.
The lower level has a movie room and large mudroom with floor & hanging space for all the gear and a convenient door straight outside.
Kicking Horse Mountain Resort features over 2,800 acres of ski-able terrain, 120+ runs, and is only 14 km outside of the town of Golden. The Resort is easily accessible from Highway 1. The mountain features a high speed gondola with three chairlifts. Other winter activities include cross counter skiing, heli-skiing, snowmobiling, ice climbing, dog sledding and snowshoeing.
