Positive: Large and very clean room. Very powerful, but also silent air conditioner. Very good location, in front of the beach, windows facing the sea. Everything (room, bathroom and hallway) was very clean. Extremely friendly staff. All of this convinced me to book again.

Negative: Surprisingly, the location has a very low score on booking.com, probably if instead of hotel at the end of the name it had "guest house" (which it is, it basically owns a quarter of a block that was previously intended for housing), I think the guests would have given higher marks. Maybe tomorrow they expected it to be a hotel and so they punished this inadvertence very severely.
