Three floors, lots of natural light, big open living/dining room, private rooms, a porch and rooftop patio on a quiet residential street. Literally steps from the Bloor subway line, and to hip and trendy Bloordale. Comfortable and big. We get an incredible amount of light in our open second floor living room/dining room. The front porch is a great place to read and the rooftop patio is great to get some sun. We have an air conditioner and fans throughout the house in the summer time.
