Welcome to Highland House - A 3000 sqft oasis above Okanagan Lake in the heart of Penticton steps from trails and vineyards. Please note that we only commit to a limited number of bookings. The ground level features a chef’s kitchen & bar, powder room bath, butler’s pantry & laundry, dining room, and living room complete with fireplace. The upper level features a spacious primary guest bedroom with private balcony and generous ensuite including a wet room, as well as a secondary guest bedroom and ensuite bath. Stairs from the upper level lead to a secluded workspace and rooftop deck with sweeping views. The lower level features a third guest bedroom and ensuite bath as well as a private gym. Outdoor amenities include a heated saltwater pool*, jacuzzi, fire pit with seating & large sun umbrella, BBQ, multiple outdoor dining areas, infrared patio heater, and various courtyards located throughout. Parking is available in the private garage and driveway.
Attention Cat Lovers! We have a very friendly, handsome and well-behaved kitty who seems to have adopted the property over the winter and continues to stick around. He is a neighbourhood cat in that no one know where he came from, but is very sweet. We have learned that in the summer, he hangs around in the day for some meals, treats, naps and pets and then is gone in the evening again until the morning. He does not require a litter box and is therefore very low maintenance – just food/treats (provided to you) and some affection. The overall cleaning fee is reduced as an added bonus.
*Please note the heated saltwater pool is open between late May (Victoria Day weekend) to mid-October. (Canadian Thanksgiving weekend)
