Our spacious three-level Trails Edge townhome is a comfortable and easy place to settle in for your Sun Peaks stay. It offers ski-in / ski-out access, a large new private hot tub, and plenty of room for families or groups. We use the home often ourselves and ski at Sun Peaks regularly, so we’ve invested in many extras that you don’t usually find in standard rentals. If you have any questions about what’s available in the unit or around the resort, we’re always happy to help!
Relax in the private hot tub overlooking the forest, or fire up the BBQ after a day on the slopes. Inside, our unit is warm, comfortable, and fully equipped for an easy stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted so you can prepare your favourite meals without bringing anything from home.

Kitchen, dining area, and living room with a queen Murphy bed. Half bathroom. Large front patio and back patio with hot tub and bbq.
Top Level:
Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite. Second bedroom: Queen bed + bunk bed with two XL twin beds.
