Positive: I had a wonderful stay at the Shambhala Hotel in Zhangjiajie. The first thing that stood out to me was the hotel’s exceptional cleanliness. My room was spotless every day—fresh linens, a perfectly tidy bathroom, and no dust or odors anywhere. The common areas were just as well maintained, making the whole place feel welcoming and comfortable. On top of that, the owner was incredibly hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered helpful tips about the area, and made me feel truly at home throughout my stay. That warm, personal touch made a big difference in my experience. If you value cleanliness and genuine hospitality, Shambhala Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again.
