Summary: There was a small stain on the bed sheet and cigarette burns on the bed skirt. The fire detector was not missing and wires exposed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in multiple rooms. There was tape over half the electrical sockets. The door frame around jam had a bunch of damage like someone tried to break in.
