Positive: Location of the hotel is a 15-minute car ride from the airport, they arrange a shuttle to pick and drop you off at the airport - makes it very convenient. Our room was on the 8th floor of the main building facing the ocean, we had a nice balcony, with a large bathroom and a tub. Overall a great room but the pillows were a tad too soft and did not give much support. The property itself is large, even when there are many people, you do not feel that it is too crowded. The main pool is great, food at Mad Cow was really good, great buffet selection at breakfast (kids will go wild because of all the different types of sweet pastries, cakes and donuts etc.) but the best is the different noodle soup they serve every morning. We stayed at Pullman for 4 nights and did not leave the resort at all. The spa deserves a special mention - very good massages for more than reasonable prices. We had massages everyday, sometimes twice a day. The beach area is nice, but do not expect calm waters or crystal-clear blue seas. The sand is soft and fine, making it a wonderful place to relax and spend time by the shore. The resort offers a wide-range of activities, so it is easy to spend your entire stay without needing to leave the property. Staff were very friendly, polite and generally helpful. Overall, an excellent resort for families with children, offering plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained. A great summer holiday!

Negative: The food at Salt & Pepper could be improved. Some of the newer and younger staff could benefit from additional training. A few appeared to have limited English proficiency, which led to difficulty understanding requests. But they had very good attitude and still tried to help, so that was a plus.
