The buildings are close to the main road and the villas by the swimming pool. there is no lift! Located in a quiet area, far away from the crowdy and noisy streets of the Golden Beach \"Strip\", but still close enough to get there in a 2-3 minutes walk. There are two beaches at a walking distance, the Aveiros at 350 m and the Oura Beach at 600 meters. NOTE: This is an apartment and not a Villa! The apartment is in the second line from the swimming pool and not with pool view at all, anyway is it a fantastic apartment.
