Summary: Staff was not properly trained nor had a computer to work with, it was like something from the 50's or 60's, everything is hand written. Then we get to the room, twin bed not a queen supposed to be for up to 4 adults to stay in this room. Then we get to the heating system that is from the 70's with thermostats that did not hold a constant temperature, they showed 24 deg's Celsius, but barely 15 Celsius in the room. Then we get to the bedding, a light set of sheets and a thin blanket that is supposed to keep you warm. As they say, you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hotels in Sicamous and man it is one of the cheaply maintained. Large room, lots of space, but nothing to sit on, and nothing for storage. My trailer has more storage and it sleeps 2.
