This newly constructed property features a minimalist contemporary design .Experience a spa-like setting from our 3 bedroom guest home sleeping 6 adults. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Private beach access allows for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, stand-up paddle boards and kayaking right from the back patio. All guests have access to the infinity pool and spa. Daily rental includes snorkel gear for 4 adults, 3 stand up paddle boards, and a two-person kayak. This 3 bedroom property is designed for rental for 6 adults. Note- The property is hosted by Kent & Nina Odom who reside in the ocean front main house.The entire property can also be rented, including main home ( 2 bedrooms). The two homes on the property will sleep up to 10 adults 5 bedrooms total. Please inquire if you desire renting entire property.
