Enjoy hours of sunshine on the dock and on the deck. Cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, a large deck off the Great Room and a private deck off the master bedroom. A screened porch features a pine floor and ceiling. We have a 50 inch flat screen TV in the Great Room. The kitchen includes a large island with a prep sink, stainless appliances and a quartz countertop. The finished basement features a pool table, living area and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Many local attractions: golf, boat cruises, quaint towns like Port Carling, Bala, Rosseau and Parry Sound for shopping or strolling - all within half an hour. Non-smoking.
