Summary: Beautiful hotel with ample covered parking underneath the hotel, friendly and helpful porter, quick check-in, large, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. In my room, there was little noise from the car, train, or the airport nearby. Large spa with pool and fitness center, extensive breakfast with Thai, English, and Chinese dishes. Good value for money if you're looking for a hotel near the airport or the various government offices.
