Positive: Great location, decent size studio, kitchen nice

Negative: Furniture was worse for wear (kitchen table was pockmarked, stains on bed frame), bathroom has a serious mold issue; inside of bathroom door could use a good cleaning

Summary: Overall, decent and great location. But for the price, we expected pristine.
