Summary: The owner, Nathalie, was hands on and very helpful...as were all her staff! Rooms were made up daily in a timely manner and very clean! Thanks to Eric, Erin, Geoffrey, and others for their care and attention to detail, excellent service, and warm and friendly service. Definitely a family vibe to this 10 room hotel and cafe. Breakfast was definitely delicious even if somewhat pricey. Thanks to all and if we return to Sutton or surroundings, we will definitely book in with you! Louise & John C., Laval
