*Located at less than 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Sauveur & Mont Blanc, our chalet is more than perfect to relax after a long day in nature surrounded by many hiking trails.
*With its 3 bedrooms, its 2 full bathrooms, its fully equipped kitchen, its 2 living rooms with one offering a pool table, Chalet Le Massif was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone.
*Outside, you will love its huge backyard, hot tub, its BBQ and its fireplace. During summer, feel free to share with your friends a nice volleyball game.
*Unfortunately, the gas fire place is not listed as it is not working.

*****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****
**WATER : The water in the chalet is connected to an artesian well. All the sinks have a P-Trap which creates a barrier to prevent odours. However, the water in our region is sulphurous like the majority of water located in Canadian regions. The water is drinkable and not toxic.
*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the hot tub. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.
*TV*
We have two TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV. Feel free to bring your laptop and connect it via the HDMI cable.
*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub water might be greenish due to the level of metals in it. It is not toxic. You can use it.
*VOLLEYBALL*
We are happy to offer you a net for you to enjoy a nice game of volleyball, but we kindly ask you to bring your own ball if you wish to play during your stay. Available May 15th-Oct 15th.
**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.
6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.
10. If you forget your personal belongings when you leave, you will be charged a management fee of $50 plus the shipping fee & packaging.
11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
