Within a 10 minute walk you can be out on the beaches at Dallas Road, enjoying fish and chips at Fisherman’s Wharf or listening to live music at the Bentmast pub. James Bay’s quirky neighborhood offers all the amenities you need within a few minutes walk yet you are also just a 15 minute stroll along the Inner Harbour to downtown.
The flat is large and light and features full sized furniture built for comfort and entertaining. A big bright new kitchen, dining table and all the kitchen gadgets you could need make this a great cooks kitchen.
Both bedrooms are large and well furnished with lovely bedding and ample closet and draw space. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom a queen size bed.
The living room features a gas fireplace, a large sofas and 3 recliners (one with heat and massage functions), bar-cart, plus a large Netflix enabled TV. A heat pump in the living room and main bedroom allows for both heating or cooling at the touch of a button.
A bonus attic space serves as an office/yoga room. With two single beds that can be rolled into the main attic room, there's extra space for guests, should family come and visit!
The front deck catches the sun in the morning and is a lovely place to start the day with a cup of coffee. The back deck catches the sun from mid-morning into the evening. Enjoy a glass of wine and the quiet ambiance of the neighborhood while the sun sets.
