This is a shared living unit with all new appliances in the kitchen and living and dining area all located on main level. So this unit is on 2 levels which makes sharing so much more comfortable for all.
We do not overcrowd our guests so there is only 3 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and max 2 people to a room. Guests will never find this unit crowded.
To add more comfort, the unit has a beautiful outdoor deck for sitting, sun bathing, mingling with neighbors or friends. Shared space has never been this amazing! Clean is the last goodness. There is a monthly cleaning of all common area, there is laundry in the unit. All new appliances incl. dishwashers washer dryer even coffee maker!
