These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1 year expiry date from time of original check in date.
Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
