The Cliff Villa is within close proximity to 4 sandy beaches; centrally located between Airport, Chaweng and Big Buddha. Very private & romantic Eco-luxury Villa with beautiful bamboo roofs/floors and unobstructed million-dollar sea view.

Imagine waking up to the rising sun or taking a cooling dip in the private outdoor Whirlpool with stunning views over coral blue waters of Tongson Bay, then drive to one of the four semi-private beaches and have a delicious breakfast or dinner in one of the restaurants directly on the beach! Located between 6 Star resorts such as Ritz Carlton and Six Senses, this is very likely the area which offers the best sea views in Samui and is often referred as the Beverly Hills of Samui.
Suan Pai (Bamboo Garden) is an eco-luxury property: Roofs, floors and decks are made from locally sourced bamboo, which is one of nature's toughest and at the same time lightweight, flexible, fast-growing, sustainable and therefore environmentally friendly material. The use of traditional carbon-dioxide producing concrete and building techniques that need heavy excavation machinery was reduced to a minimum. Furthermore, new technologies such as chlorine-free and solar-powered pool, heat & sound-insulating, mirrored SolarSave windows, 6-layers insulated thatch roofs, bamboo landscaping, LED lighting and water heaters, which use the residual heat from the air conditioners, are used throughout the complex.

The private Jacuzzi is on the upper terrace while the shared 17m Infinity Pool is on the lower terrace. There is only us, no other guests on the property.
The Villa has a high degree of privacy and is located on a cliff directly 20m above and facing the sea with nothing in between. Semi-private beach is accessible within a short 5min walk/drive, 3 other beaches within 15min walk, including a naturalist beach and a secret beach. Chaweng, Koh Samuis party and shopping capital, is reachable within about 15min drive, airport within 10min.

Alternatively I'm happy to arrange professional Thai or traditional Oil Massage in the privacy of your own Terrace under the swaying trees and with the breeze from the serene Tongsong Bay (half day advance reservation)...
Bed linen, towels and soap are provided. We also provide you with big bath towels and drinking water. For longer stays, weekly cleaning on Tuesday is included in the price. Daily maid service from Monday to Saturday is possible on request at cost.
