Summary: I booked and paid for room on hotel.ca including protection insurance to prevent the price from rising. On check in, they need my MC to have on file, except they not only charged me for the room at a higher cost but did not email me a receipt. I later contacted hotel.ca and they refunded the lower amounted but refused to honour my insurance. I will book through hotels.ca or Hampton Inn in Membertou again
