850 Sqf open space, hardwood floors throughout, small kitchen, renovated bathroom, large leather sectional, 42" television (a couple local channels) super comfortable queen sized bed, small julliet balcony - overlooking lively Rue Beaubien Est! lots of cafes, brunch spots (vieux de velo just won best brunch in the city! I recommend their veggie pesto eggs benedict), bars, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, etc really to many to name!!
Right in the heart of the Mile X, 5 min walk to the famous Mile End district, 2 minute walk to Little Italy, 10 min walk to Jean Talon Market, 15 min walk to Jarry Park, 7 min direct walk to Beaubien metro that will take you directly to the heart of downtown Montreal in 15-20 min. Main bus lines will take you to Mt Royal and the plateau in 10 min, Place Des Arts (Jazz Fest, Just for Laughs, Place Spectacle, etc) in 20 min.
