With free parking right in front of our main entrance as you can see on the main picture ( rare in old city ) .

To lower our rates for people who don't want breakfast, the rate on this site doesn't include breakfast. However for only 30$cdn/ couple (about 23US $ ) we offer a very good, healthy and tasty breakfast. You let us know in the evening if you would like the breakfast for the following morning on our floor just over your floor.

Our goal is to offer at the same time your complete privacy because the first floor is reserved for your party and , at the same time, a very personal welcome and services . We clean bedrooms and bathroom everyday .
.Description: you get two berooms with king size beds and a large luxurious bathroom for a maximum of 4 persons on a private floor. The larger bedroom has also a sitting space for your party.
You have also on your floor a small refregirator , micro-wave , coffee maker and pure spring water from our well in another location in the mountains.
You can use also a washing room.There is no kitchen for your use.
We, the owners live on second floor. You have also access to the owners' large terrace on 3 rd floor
We are on a very typical street with a serie of small bridges over it. Our street is mainly pedestrian . Only residents come with their cars.
We have an exceptional location next to muséum of civilisation, marina, the street of antiques shops , Place Royale and the boardwalk along the St Lawrence river.
5 minutes walk to famous Petit Champlain street, the oldest street of North America. 7 minutes walk to Château Frontenac.
We have a lovely small dog...a schnauzer which is a non allergic pet.
We are close to the bus and train station. We can pick you there if you like...absolutely free of charge. Just let us know the time of your arrival.
