The Space:
Snow settles softly across the treetops as light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows, drawing your eyes toward the surrounding mountains. Mornings begin with the quiet of Whistler’s slopes beneath you, and evenings gather around the glow of the fireplace as the forest grows still. From its perch in the Kadenwood neighborhood, this home offers a calm, mountainside setting shaped by winter weather and alpine views.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms provide space for your group. Two primary suites each include a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo.
Living areas
The main level brings everyone together with an open-plan layout centered on a fireplace and seating area. A dining table for ten sits beside the gourmet kitchen, which offers Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and an island with breakfast bar seating. Expansive windows and a cathedral ceiling frame the winter landscape and fill the space with natural light.
Entertainment and recreation
After time on the mountain, the media room provides a place to unwind with a TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis. The gym includes a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells. On the covered lower deck, you can warm up in the hot tub or gather by the outdoor firepit near the mounted TV. Inside the home, you will also find heating, an indoor fireplace, TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace.
Outdoor living
The main deck extends the living space with outdoor seating, a dining area, BBQ grill, and views across the valley. In winter, the surrounding evergreens and snow-dusted ridges create a quiet backdrop. A private entrance, patio or balcony, backyard, outdoor furniture, and free parking garage on premises round out the outdoor features.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, blender, and barbecue utensils. A dining table offers space for shared meals.
Ski access and neighborhood
Perched 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood combines a sense of seclusion with access to the area’s shops, restaurants, and slopes. The private gondola connects the neighborhood to Creekside in a four-minute ride. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal, with ski-out located approximately 200 meters away and ski access dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
