Summary: When we arrived there was a gentleman at the desk who was on the phone. He hung up when he saw us approach. He was very business like and not much conversation. When we were done signing in, he was back on the phone. Felt that we were interrupting his call. The other staff we saw the next day were very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and looked just like the advertisement. I found the bed comfortable but on the soft side. The sheets were clean with no stains. The pillows were horrible..looked fluffy but when you used them, they was nothing to them and collapsed without any support. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met the needs. Bread, muffins, bagels, hot drinks, juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and waffles. The sitting area was spotless and each table was decorated with a cute tabletop tree. I would definitely stay here again however I will bring my own pillows.
